David Herold

David Herold brings more than 30 years of consulting experience to the organization. He has consulted to and worked with CEOs and senior executives as they led strategic planning, major transformation initiatives, large-scale process redesign efforts, and company-wide leadership development. For the past 20 years, he has focused almost exclusively on understanding the dynamics of complex changes in organizations. He has both led and program managed multiple complex multi-year ERP projects requiring role harmonization and business transformation throughout the enterprise.

He has facilitated strategic mission and vision workshops with senior leadership teams, helped organizations articulate and execute their corporate strategies as part of large-scale business transformation and restructuring efforts following business process changes .Prior to his work as a change management and leadership development consultant, he served as Vice President of two consulting and executive transition firms. His responsibilities included delivery of business solution deployment and transition planning.

Education: Masters degree in Information Systems from LaSalle University and a Bachelors degree in Operations Management and Accounting from Kelley School, Indiana University. Certified Integrated Resource Manager (CIRM), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) . SAP BPX Certified (SAP Business Process Expert), Six Sigma Black Belt​, Process Solution Deployment and Delivery.
